Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday!

Last Saturday, after Hayden's birthday party, we all went to her Poppie's Christmas Concert with the Big Chicken Chorus. He called lil' Miss Hayden up on stage to wish her a Happy Birthday in front of the crowd, and I have to say, she did fairly well for her first performance, short though it was.

Here's a picture of the whole family with Santa at the concert, one short year after we welcomed our little darling into our lives.

Her Poppie brought down the house with his signature solo of "O Holy Night". As usual, brought Gracie and me to tears. I'm sure Hayden will grow up loving to hear her daddy and Poppy sing just as much as I have.
